San Martín se lo dio vuelta a “defe” y se llevó el primer chico de la serie

San Martín tuvo un gran segundo tiempo y con goles de Gustavo Corti y Diego Velázquez dio vuelta un partido que pintaba complicado para los de Héctor Chaparro. En el primer tiempo Brizuela había puesto en ventaja a los “policías” en un cotejo friccionado, peleado y en que se fue expulsado sobre el final Andrés Núñez en la visita.

Comenzó mejor el partido el conjunto del San Francisco que arrancó con un 3-4-1-2 tratando de abrir la cancha para golpear a rival.

Las mejores momentos del visitante llegaron cuando Larroza y Corti cambiaron los lados, siendo el primero el que pasó a atacar por la derecha y el segundo el que lo hacía por la izquierda. A partir de ahí llegaron un remate de Espínola, cabezazo de Velázquez y una media vuelta de Lunghi que si bien no llevaron peligro real al arco de Benítez, insinuaban lo que iba a ser una muy buena tarde para la “franja”.

Corría el minuto 35 de juego, cuando un tiro libre de Zanabria se desvió en la barrera, Castillo cabeceó de espaldas al arco, Gorosito despejó corto, Carlos Bareiro remató se desvió en un defensor y Brizuela conectó de cabeza a la red para desatar la algarabía de los hinchas locales.

Así se fue una primera etapa donde se peleó más de lo que se jugó y en la que Juan Mancuello, se quedó corto, muy corto, con los cartones mostrados.

La igualdad para San Martín llegaría prácticamente con la apertura del ST.  Carlos Bareiro hizo lo que no se debe, rechazar hacia el medio de su propia defensa y Gustavo Corti fusiló a Benítez para estampar el 1 a 1.

A partir de ahí el partido pasó a ser propiedad exclusiva de la visita que merced a la dinámica de Larroza y Corti, el pase corto de Espínola y el empuje de  Diego Velázquez se adueño de las acciones.

El desnivel en el marcador llegó a los 27´luego de una corrida magistral de Corti por la derecha que envió un centro perfecto para que el 9 goleador conecte de cabeza el balón a la red y le ponga justicia a la tarde del viernes en Sol de América.

Para la recta final del juego quedaron un par de off side del visitante, la roja merecida para Andrés Núñez y la fuerza de Defensores para ir a buscar el partido pero a esa altura ya sin ideas claras.
