San Martín que busca protagonismo en la Liga A2 2018

A casi una semana del comienzo de la Liga A2 2018, uno de los equipos que apuesta fuerte para esta temporada es San Martín de Formosa, que sumó interesantes refuerzos. Uno de ellos es Alexis Nocenti, ex Alianza y River y que además se va a dar el gran gusto de jugar junto a su hermano Fabricio.

El jugador nacido en Villa Ocampo, Santa Fe, volverá a jugar en la Liga A1 después de jugar las últimas dos temporadas como líbero en Alianza de Jesús María. “Es una posibilidad hermosa ya que hacer un par de años que juego durante el año la Liga del Litoral con ellos y es un lugar en el que me siento muy bien”, dijo Nocenti y agregó: “Y jugar la A2 con San Martín es algo que se viene buscando hace tiempo y que finalmente se haya dado me pone muy contento”.

“Lo que me gusta de esta posibilidad, además, es poder volver a ser atacante, que es lo que hice la mayoría de mi carrera y me hace sentir muy cómodo”, destacó el jugador de 27 años.

A la hora de responder sobre las características de este equipo de San Martín que también incorporó a jugadores de la talla de Gustavo Scholtis, Javier Vega y Rodrigo Palumbo, de pasado reciente en A1, Alexis Nocenti dijo: “El equipo es lo que más contento me pone. Es un grupo muy unido y un plantel que experiencia y juventud, una buena combinación. Tenemos al Tanza (Scholtis), que con su experiencia y conocimientos en este deporte nos aporta mucho, y dos centrales con varias Ligas encima como Palumbo y Fernández. Además de Vega, que hace años que está jugando Liga. Todos ellos son jugadores que nos van a servir dentro y fuera de la cancha”.

“Sería un poco pronto para hablar de un objetivo como el ascenso”, opinó y explicó: “Confiamos en el equipo y en el técnico. Tenemos un plantel competitivo pero también sabemos que la Liga A2 cada año se hace más fuerte y difícil de jugarla. Obviamente vamos a apuntar a lo más alto que podamos”.

San Martín de Formosa jugó tres amistosos contra Policial, el otro equipo de la provincia y que además asoma como uno de los protagonistas de la A2 que se viene. “Fueron muy duros, ellos tienen un gran equipo, con jugadores de experiencia y buen nivel de juego. El equipo se vio muy bien armado, cada partido se jugó con un nivel interesante y acomodándonos cada vez mejor”.

“En el club están muy contentos con este equipo, eso nos da mucha confianza. Este año apostaron de una manera distinta a otras temporadas buscando crecer para empezar a meterse en lo más alto de la Liga A2. Quieren que Formosa vuelva a tener el nivel de vóley que tuvo unos años atrás”, resaltó Nocenti.

Más allá de esta posibilidad de jugar nuevamente en un equipo candidato de la A2 como lo hizo con River, para Alexis Nocenti esta A2 en San Martín tiene un condimento muy especial. “El vóley me dio cosas hermosas y este año cumplo un sueño más, que es jugar la Liga con mi hermano, que fue uno de los grandes responsables de que yo elija este deporte para dedicarme”.
