Luego de empatar en uno durante los 90 minutos, La Franja se eliminó de la copa tras perder en los penales.

El tercer penal lo falló Marcelo Infrán, que se resbaló y desvió el remate por encima de arco, mientras que Aníbal Alarcón puso en ventaja a Sol. Jonni Cabrera se hizo cargo del cuarto pero también cayéndose en la definición remató en el palo para que luego Oscar Piris sentencie la serie convirtiendo el cuarto gol.
